How to Install a Claude Skill
Claude Skills are custom instructions you give Claude inside a Project. Once installed, Claude remembers them for every conversation in that project — you never have to re-explain context again.
STEPS
1. Go to claude.ai and click 'Projects' in the left sidebar.
2. Create a new project (or open an existing one). Name it something like 'Agency Ops — Skills'.
3. Click 'Edit Project Instructions' or 'Add Instructions'.
4. Copy the full skill text from this document and paste it into the project instructions field.
5. Save. Every conversation in that project will now use that skill.
PRO TIP
Create a separate Claude Project for each skill so they don't conflict with each other.
Name each project after the skill: 'Scope Guard', 'Report Writer', etc.
You can also use these as one-off system prompts by pasting the skill into a new conversation and clicking the 'Use as system prompt' option (Claude Pro and above).
